A group of people, glaring right at us.
With hate in their eyes, and weapons in their hands.
Why are we here? They don't understand.
They are shouting their commands.
This meaningless speech, what is it they demand?
A fellow soldier is down. The Captain orders us to fire.
Tears in our eyes, as the flames keep getting higher.
We are nothing but murderers, with a government seal.
In a foreign land, that feels so unreal.
Why are we here? We don't understand.
Why are we here? We don't understand.
We don't understand...

What is in the Shadow: Chap. 1
Laying on my dusty bed, alarm went off, how I hate it. I thought to myself, "just another day", I got up, looked at my calender. June 6th, 2023. "Only twenty-three more day's to my birthday." I didn't bother thinking of what twenty-three meant, but I knew it never meant good, hah, such a myth.
I walked downstairs, smelled breakfeast. Eggs, bacon, and sausage; my favorite. Rushed to sit down at the table, looked around, no one home. Noticed a note on the fridge. "I went to the store, we're out of milk- Love, Dad".
Figured I'd wait outside, it's rude to eat without your parents home. It wasn't long I had to wait though before someone approa

I know the few (maybe 2?.. nah.. 1) person who cares will actually add my account, once they get on. (I know they don't check too often... XD)
I still don't have Photoshop, but it's not like any of you bastards talk to me anyways. =P So guess this is goodbye.
To most:
さよなら
To the few:
じゃまってね
*waves goodbye*

Well - my Japanese study is doing alright. I think I need a days break from it so I'm going to take tomorrow off after I learn how to conjugate a u-verb into it's te-form properly. Theres 5 groups I have to memorize and you can find out more about that here:
http://japangaku.com/japanese-verb-conjugation-te-form
This shouldn't really take longer than like 2 hours of my day. 30 minutes to learn it and about an hour of practicing on actual verbs just to seep it in. Then another 30 min
I can't find my pencil! D=
In more important news, I've finally gotten most of the Hirigana memorized. Of course, I read as slow as a 5 year old would read Dr. Seuss - but I can read it.. :) which is a great improvement to only a few days ago where I struggled with most of the Hirigana.
The issue with being able to read it - is my vocabulary still sucks... I don't know what a lot of things mean.... XD
A full list of the words and phrases I recognize (may not have put into memory yet) can be found here:

The only things it is missing are things I've learned since I wrote
